Did you check the fuses in the cabin as well as under the hood?

Yes i have checked in all the fuse locations found the rear defrost but no door lock fuse. i work at a dealership they told me sometimes after a battery dies the computers might need to relearn those type of functions to operate them properly. so is there a way to reset the computer and see if it relearns it or should i just disconnect the battery and see if that works? has anyone ever had this problem come up in their max?

Did you check the fuses with a tester or just your eyes?

Get a fuse tester and test ever single fuse in each of the fuse boxes. Come back here if you don't find a blown fuse.

fuse replace even if it looks fine.... a hair line crack can make it not work.

I am having a similar issue with my car. My Front Passenger window will not go down and the power door lock switch is not working also. The doors lock and unlock via the remote, but not the switch inside the car. I have an 03 GLE. Any help would be appreciated. I just checked the fuses in the cabin.

Does anyone know of a specific fuse that may cause this issue.

Also my driver window as well as the rear passenger windows will go down with the switch.
