LED license plate bulbs

i bought a pair off of ebay for like $13 and installed them this afternoon. each 'bulb' has 4 LED's on it.... just went outside (dark now) and flipped the lights on and wow- looks really good.

kinda like the new Lexus' LED plate lights....

You know how I do. I hate when people do something cosmetically new to their car, and doesn't have pix to show. Then there's really no point to even starting a thread.

No pix, no care.

you might want to search the "6th Gen Maxima How To.../Specs & Info" next time. It's all there.

It's the second post after the "how to install the spoiler"

I'm having issues installing the LED license plate bulb on my car.
After looking at the LED pics, i think i might have the wrong bulb. Can somebody help me ? The bigger bulb is the stock halogen and the lil white bulb is the LED bulb.

you have to replace/remove the bulb only... not the whole bulb and socket assembly.. the gray part in your pic is the socket

The newb is going to hazed for this one. LOL. I wonder if J has seen this comment yet? Congrads on your LED for your license plate. I would of been a little concern buying anything like that on ebay. I got mine from operatic and i love them!

I have been looking at getting some upgraded LED lights for the interior of my 2005 Maxima SE. What do you guys think? Does anyone know a kit that includes all interior light upgrades? I saw a few on Ebay, but I am kind of hesitant on those. Please help. Thanks.

That's the first thing I thought. I love my Maxima so much because it lets me do whatever I want, whenever I want. What I DON'T need is a bright light drawing attention to my personalized license plate, screaming: "Here's the culprit who was speeding, coppers!!!!! Take him down, take him down to ticket town!!!!!"
