you never said you wanted it for 11 shipped, but it was implicit that you want to pay around that much, otherwise you wouldn't have mentioned what you can get it from the wrecker for.

Why don't you just say I will pay X.XX amount. Rather than have guys waste their time getting quotes from you if you are just going to treat it as ebay, (except lowest bid takes the sale).
