p1572 and metal sound mean seized caliper?

2 codes pulled today and one was this. I think it means on/off for the brake went to the comp. at the same time? I also hear a sound that could be caliper on rotor in the rear driver side. I just want to make sure that these 2 problems are just ONE problem.
