Throttle valve buzzing noise?

I just noticed that when I turn the key to on position and then press the throttle, there is a buzzing noise coming from under my hood.
it seems like the throttle body, anyone has experienced this?

i heard this buzzing today also as my car idled, here it was just the pcv valve.
