My car when i was starting up, it did not do it right away, then i tried 2nd time to start up. it did start up fine and cel popped up. so i grabbed my obd2 reader and red codes.

comes out:
knock and maf sensors.

so far best price for original nissan knock sensor i found on ebay is $46 to 55 shipped.

now question is where i can buy brand new oem nissan maf? whats best price?

 

You don't need a new MAF. Get a used one from a local part out person here on the org and call it a day.

 

buy used and have headaches later in few months? i prefer to have new one and headache free ride for next 1-3 years till i buy new car.

 

You can probably buy 3-4 used MAF's on here for the price of one new one. since install is really quite simple I'd go the used route.

Now if it was the knock sensor, I'd be with you cuz it sound slike those are quite a bit more difficult.

 

i would check/test the sensors 1st before replacing them could even try cleaning the MAF clear the codes and see if it returns

 

for KS , you can go cheap as 22$ shiped from eBay...I'm fine with it but some people say it only works for a year
for a MAF,buy one from the .org .....(if it really needs to be replaced)

 

Mine only worked for a year and it was $60 on ebay!
