Smoked or Clear Ebay taillights for White Max

Well after already having a cracked taillight, trying the DIY clear taillight mod and cracking a piece of the taillight and having such as pain in the a$$ time cutting the plastic for a nice fitment, i decided to throw in the towel. How are the ebay taillights? Any other white maxima owners have pics or smoked tails like these?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1997-...item5ad43475fb

or do i just go with the red/clears
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1997-...Q5fAccessories

Heres my car, im torn which one to go with, show me pics help decide!! Thanks guys

It looks like you have clear turn signals in front, so I would go with the red/clears.

I think the smoked tails would look out of place if that was the only smoked item on your car.

Are you really going to pay $100+ when 2 hours + $4 florescent light cover = the same thing?

he said he cracked his tailllights so seems like hes already going to need new ones. i'd say go with the normal red/clears. im not a big fan of smoked lights on a white car.

yea my taillight was previously cracked b4 i attempted to mod, then i cracked a corner off the lense trying to pry it open. yea i'd rather not buy ebay ones, just mine aswell at this point since i need to find a taillight somewhere.

I'll prolly go with the red/clear.. but lets see some white Maxima pics

It depends on what you are trying to do. Both would look good. BTW Tigersharkdude car sits really nice, the pic doesn't do it justice. I've seen it in person.

i got the red/clears from ebay. the fitment of the trunk lenses is terrible.
Im trying to get some replacements for them since they just dont fit right. Yes i took off all the glue from the OEMs

There is only 1 manufacturer of these lights, so it will not matter where you get them. Like anything else, there is always going to be some that are bad.

+1 for clears,

but i must admit heavily smoked out all around is sick too, but in your case clear would be the best if you look at the whole package.
