You do not have VLSD unless you swapped transmissions with an I30.
ABS is a 4 wheel system on 4th gens, you either have it or you don't. If you see the ABS light flash on when you first start the car, you have ABS.

i do belive it makes a difference for the....Drivers side, the passenger is the same for MT and AT axle i think, search would help.
just order both for a MT tranny and don't worry, if they accidentally ship you a ABS axle just pop the ring off,
you are ordering from raxles.com right?

Here are the facts in some easy to read bullet points - these are for 4th gens only
Some maxima 5 speeds in CANADA came with LSD, others did not.
No maxima 5 speeds originally sold in the USA came with LSD, none. The only way to get a maxima 5spd with an LSD is if someone swapped in the transmission from another car.
Some I30t's came with LSD, not all.
Driver's side axle is the only difference on LSD cars, the passenger side axle is the same whether you have LSD or non-LSD.
ABS is present on all 4 wheels if your car has it.
You can use an ABS axle in a NON-abs car without any problems. You can't use a NON-ABS axle in an ABS car (if you do, your ABS won't work).
Raxles are great axles. I have never had a problem with any Autozone/Napa remanufactured axle in my life, and I've had a lot of them in my cars over the years, so until I have a problem, I'll continue to go with those because they are about half the price.
edit: in order to be absolutely sure about whether or not you have an LSD transmission (if you are worried that someone before you modified the car and swapped the transmission or if your car is from canada or if you have an I30t and are unsure if you have LSD) - the only way to be absolutely positive is to look at the driver's side axle seal. if it is a little larger than a hockey puck in diameter (about 3.5-4") then it is an LSD car, if it is about 1.75-2" in diameter it is non-LSD.
