make that LOTS of modification... gluck with that

If you can read wire schematics, have proper connectors from the 00, soldering iron, etc. and TIME, you might be able to make it work...

Just put some LEDs in your current cluster to spice it up.

Honestly I don't like the 00-01 cluster in sunrise/sunset lighting I can't read the gauges at all... I like the SE gauges from our gen. Part of the reason why I got a 4th Gen.

Well i already "tried" to spice my original gauges up the car came with the indiglow white faced gauges i just didn't connect the wires for the light. well i super glued them on top the original ones because no one could explain to me how they went and stayed on. their were no holes for the tiny screws. well i super glued them and messed all of the gauges up. to find out how fast i was going i had to punch my cluster and the needle would move.

the needles on all gauges were getting stuck at certain points. now i just wish i could have left the stock ones that work just fine on. if theirs mod's needed screw that i just want original gauge cluster back.

Anybody know where i can buy one for cheap? probably only the junkyard right.
