VQ30DE/00VI/VAFC2 TPS problem.

OK, long story short:
In my 96, i got the 00VI installed with the 5th gen throttle BUT 4th gen TPS.
(the 5th gen tps was dead when received the manifold). I got the VAFC2 wired in and now, it shows .286v 0% throttle and 3.86v 100% throttle...???

Is there a voltage difference between 4th and 5th gen TPS?? Might it be only a calibration problem, unscrew the tps and move it until I see .4 and 4.4v on the VAFC2?? The car has a cold start problem since getting the vafc2 hooked up, its my 5th apexi AFC install over 4 cars and never had this problem before. My radiator fans are always on after turning the key. Also, the car dies when applying throttle ever so slightly when cold, like studering... I used VQpower.com VAfc2 install guideline wrote by Jime before and never ran in that problem. Done all the procedure over and over again. checked twice the wiring splicing and everything looks fine.
settings: 04-04 hw,6 cyl arrow pointing two oclock, VT 1, done throttle application 0% and 100% 30seconds...

Any help would be good.
thanks.

Do you have an OBD2 reader? That is the easiest way to do it, you don't have to worry about voltage at all, just go off of what the ECU reads as being 0 to 100 percent. As far as I know in most 00vi swaps you need to use the 4th gen TPS. I reused mine on my 5th gen TB.

ohm meter
measure directly from TPS pins till 500ohms is achieved
profit.

Easy fix really.

,still have .2V 0% throttle and 3.86v 100% throttle. Will try to unscrew it and turn it until i will have .4 and 4.4V. gonna post results after testing.
