Stock Suspension Question

It is our Max have a crappy suspension system or mine have some problem?
Everytime I run into a pothole (not even a big deep one) the car was like no suspension at all and slam hard (bang) into it and feel like it has bottom out and I just have new strut (HP blue) installed and it felt the same with my wear out stock strut.

I heard that Max don't have much traveling of suspension, it is what the cause or something else? My tire side wall too stiff (Yokohame Y2K)? The spring too soft and bottom out? Anything can be done to improve it?

Well I have the Tokico HP's and the Eibach Springs and when I hit small potholes nothing happen no big's like what the ****, only on the big *** holes but other than that smooth sailing did you check your mounting stuts were good and that little absorber on top of the strut forgot the name of it!
