heres a pic of the coilover system & heres the link http://www.importimageracing.com/p/F...Coilovers.html they seem pretty legit i think i might get them

Never heard of them. However if you're going to spend a grand why go on something you can't get reviews on? Go ahead and get something people have used and reviewed on here. Or save another 200 and get the tein ss coilovers.

NEX GTs are good coilovers as well but they are not rebuildable, so if you blow one you may run into some issues getting a replacement.
Honestly if they really do have shock dynos for these coilovers and the shock dynos are legit that speaks a lot to the quality of these coilovers. Speak to one of their sales reps and ask them about warranties and if you recieve shock dynos with the product (every shock dynos differently - just like engine).
I think coilover sleeves would work well with the right strut, but in my opinion it defeats the purpose of having a coilover (100% matched damper/spring combination).

i've used ground control (custom rates) and koni yellows before and it was one of the best setups i've had.
gc springs are eibachs.
