directions on getting door inserts off

hey guys a while ago i changed my interior to leather and i have the material to replace the cloth. but i dont know how to take off the door inserts help please.

Get a panel tool... gently pry up a little and find the 'clips' underneath... pry harder next to those points... You can also use a very large head flat screwdriver if you're careful...
