will 4thgen suspension and exhaust fit 5thgen?

watsup guys, iam in the process of de-modding my 4thgen and i am wondering if my kyb gr2/eibach suspension setup and exhaust setup(mainly the y-pipe & catback, maybe cat) will fit my sisters 5thgen? I'd love to re-use these parts

i also have polyurethane control arm bushings for my 4th gen but not sure if they'll fit the 5th gen...do you know if these squeak?

Any input appreciated

springs and rear struts should fit. however the front struts are different with respect to the steering knuckle connection.

Maybe if you put 4th gen knuckles on 5th gen...... the strut will fit......If you fab the rear muffler flange off and do a slip on fit yes it will work, the rear flange may be in a bad spot on the 5th gen body & with a minor mod to the fwd flange just aft of the cat........you'll be in business...the exhaust basis shape is the same, the rear flange has different locations 4th vs 5th.....

so my springs will fit , what about and about the y & b-pipe? Ill take a look at the rear muffler flange today to see how difficult it looks...but if i can reuse my y-pipe that'd be great since id actually get some gains

According to Progress Sport Springs tech rep....the front coils are identical....the rears are different but the rear struts are a direct fit as long as you transfer the strut and springs....5th gen bottom coil is smaller loop diameter than the 4th gen..... As far as the ypipe, maybe as long as it's a 99 VQ'd 4th Gen and a 2000-01 5th gen not sure try it out!!!!!
