So i am gonna replace my water pump sometime this week. AND i will be posting pictures with complere details and step by step instructions.

sorry dude but that's a total fail. you'd have been better off with the classic "search not working" excuse.
EDIT: and since the noobness will continue otherwise...
1.remove access panels from TC cover
2.compress, place pin in, and remove TC tensioner.
3.rotate crank pulley counter clockwise by hand till it stops. DO NOT CRANK ON IT.
4. R&R water pump, priming the seals of the new pump in accordance with the included directions. the bolt holes are double threaded for larger bolts to make removal easier.
5. reverse of step 3, reverse of step 2.
6. having cleaned the sealant grooves of the old sealant, reapply black rtv (oil resistant kind), reinstall access panels.
preferably at this time you would do an oil change and coolant flush as well.
