Supercharged vq35 swap

Ok I am going to try and condense this as much as possible. I have a 1998 maxima in which I just swapped in a 2008 vq35 from a maxima with about 35,000 miles on it. I have looked through several writeups and done as much research as I can but I am now stumped.

I am using the 3.0 timing and I have wired up an emanage and installed a wideband. I have had a few problems from it not starting up initially which was my fault, a faulty ground to only running on 4 cylinders also my fault I had the CPS(ref) turned backward and the computer was shutting down cylinders 2 and 3, that was fixed with correct positioning of that sensor.

Now just when I thought that I was in the clear the car now won't rev above 3500 rpm's. My wideband goes crazy once it gets their my afr drops to 11 and while its idling and its idling fine if i open the throttle to quickly the car acts as if its going to bog down and shut off. The really weird thing about the situation is on 4 cylinders I drove it( not realizing it was only running on 4 cylinders) and it ran like a champ. Now with all six firing ( and ive verified it) its barely at all drive able, almost no power.

I do have about 9 obd2 codes. The only ones of any consequence would be p1335 Crank sensor ref, and the o2 sensors(note: I had o2 sensor codes before i switched the engine.

The rest of my codes have resulted from me also switching the tranny from auto to manual. Also one more little side note I am not receiving an rpm signal when I hook my laptop up to the emanage. Ive replaced both crank sensors as well. I believe that I've filled you all in on all the relevant information.

Does anyone have any ideas?

wrong section, move it to either the motor section or the forced induction section. You would getter response most likely.

What CPS your using 3.0 or 3.5. if your using 3.5 make sure that u grinded away some on the metal on the motor. Might be a source of your issues

Thanks for responding but I figured out the problem amazingly today. There is a break somewhere in the harness for the sensor. I cut it from the ecu and at the center and ran my own direct line and it worked like a charm.

Sorry for putting it in the wrong section. I just wasn't sure where to put it because I actually haven't installed the supercharger yet just to avoid more problems with the setup. But I do have it and now that I know everything else is ok I can go ahead with that install..Thanks again
