VQ35 cams in VQ30de

I know this has been asked before but here it goes. I know that it is possible to put the 35 cams in 30, but is there a write up or how to install? Where can I get the adapter? I already have the cams.

Read the VQ35 swap writeup. it's in there. If you cant figure it out then, just let someone else do it.

buy the cam adapters
removing TC crap
remove rocker covers
install cams
????
PROFIT!
