go to the gas station.. get a gallon of 93 octane because it burns better.. then get some matches.. soak the altezza's with the gas then light them..

I've been tinking about doing the same thing, just that I really don't care if the tint is the same color as my car, I'd be happy with just a smoked out look.

Yea I think the smoked out look would be cool too...what color max do u have...i was also thinking bout painting them black with some nice kind of paint maybe car paint...but leaving the the round part open .... could look cheesy....i dunno..

I have a Neptune blue Maxima, If I can't afford altezzas right now, I'm going to try and tint my normal tails and see if I'm happy with the way they look, and that way I'll also get some practice at tinting tail lights.

I really don't think it's a good idea to paint them, I would try and tint them evenly, without any holes, or use some vinal and cut that out.

Post some pics up when you do your altezzas, if I do get them and tint them I'll also post up some pics.

Good luck!

I think both would look just fine, but I've seen other cars with the dark tint and they look awesome, since I have a darker color car I think I would go with the darker tint
