Carbon fiber hood oxidation, before and after.

I've had this polishing compound for a long time, and yesterday I decided to just give it a try,

I used a cheapo orbital polisher with a 10" cotton bonnet, and prolly went at it for about 10-15 min, and here are the results, I'll be waxing the hood once I finish the whole thing, and hope it stays like that for a while.

As you can see, I still need to work on the edges, I was just experimenting to see what kind of results I would get.

Looks great, definitely give it a good coat or two of wax. But more importantly, get some hood pins on there asap.
