Still dealing with high pitched squeal on the drivers side wheel!

Well here it is, 95 Maxima, I have been dealing with the high pitched squeal on the drivers side front wheel. Of course it doesnt do it right off the bat after a few min. of highway driving she starts screaming like hell. So I pulled the axle and replaced the chewed up inner seal and packed it with grease on both sides. And of course, its still doing it!
So before i completely rebuild the hub with a new inner and outer seal and new hub bearing, I want to make sure there isnt anything else im missing.
I thought possibly the brake pads, but there is no change on or off the brakes.
Any ideas? or am I just prolonging the inevitable?

are you sure it's coming from the wheel and not the belts area?
