I bought a claimed cattman y-pipe off of him around 4-15. I paid 280 bucks for it and when I I recieved it it was a warpspeed y-pipe. I was rather miffed as I honestly hated my first warpspeed and after buying one of their terrible catbacks in 2003-2004 I vowed to never have one of their products on my car again.

I created a post with pictures of it in the forums and it was pretty much said that it was a warpspeed. I sent him the link and he agreed to give me a refund for the difference in cost. After him saying he agreed on 120 dollars which I still felt was unfair, he has fallen off the face of the planet, no replies on maxima.org, phone is always turned off, I have tried calling him at all times of the day and it is always off with no option for voicemail.

To be honest 120 dollars isn't huge in the scheme of things but even paying 160 dollars for a used warpspeed y-pipe irks me and it seems there is no sign of me getting this money anytime soon.

Anybody have any clue where he is or heard from him?
