Is this POP Charger worth it

Found this on Ebay with my brothers name by it. Can't beat the price for me since I know it will be my x-mas present. But does anybody know about these. Good Bad Indifferent.

Its definetly an improvement over stock...You might feel some loss in the low end, with gains in the top end, with an auto at least, i can testify to that. Great product, easy to install.
