Wanting to buy a 6th gen....

So I am wanting to buy a 6th gen in the future (hopefully in about 6 months).
I would love to find either a black, blue, or red 6.5 with black leather. Would anybody like to give some input on pro's and con's of the 6.5 gen? How hard would it be to find a non-bose car? And what is required to add aftermarket audio?

I'll speak for myself...
i have an 08 sonama red w/ black interior w/ bose and no navi. I am adding a aftermarket system utilizing the NIRD-01 module to keep my info screen working. From my understanding only 07-08 needs this. 04-06 are cool because you can get monitors installed and relocate the info screen to the lower cubby. In general its not impossible to upgrade audio.

Had to get a harness to change out the stereo in my 4th gen. I never did the speakers, but if you replace the speakers along with the HU, you wouldn't need any kind of adapter at all.

My 6th gen will be avail for sale in that time frame for the right cash. Silver, 6spd manual, black leather, SE, 46K and warranty until 80K or 2012.

6.5Gen upgrades, Front &rear bumpers, HID OE heads, cluster and cover and spoiler. Then I have 20's with brand new Toyo Proxes TR1s, Petrol wheels, Momo shift ****, Progress springs, 350Z pedals, KYB GR2 shocks/struts, Injen Intake, Ebay catback, 2.5 mandrel bend piping and more. $18000. I could deliver too since Im not too far from Nashville.

DAMN, already hooked up max LOL, not badd. Also, installing audio in an 6.5 is not too terribly hard the 6.5 requires the NIRD 01 for you to keep your info screen.

You can do every audio mod that you want on this ride. It's just a case if you got the money to do it. Plus the Nird01 can help with keeping or gaining bluetooth also. Just something to consider
