5.5 gen ES question

I was going to put an order to jegs.com but noticed that there are two sets
Energy Suspension #355-7-3118R going for 69.99
Energy Suspension #355-7-3118G going for 49.99

Somebody knows what is the difference btw those sets?

The difference is the color code, part is the same.

Strange that the price is different.

Is this something that you are going to DIY or can only a mechanic change em out......i want to refresh my front suspension parts because it just doesnt feel the same.

Does it really stiffen up the ride or return it to stock oem feel??

Red Poly
Graphite (inpregnated) Poly. Stealth and quieter.

R= red urethane, prone to squeaking.
G= graphite impregnated, much less prone to squeaking.

Otherwise the bushings are the same. Go for the graphite ones- never had a problem with them.

As for ride, it's "better" than stock. it's not any more harsh since the bushings simply pivot in the suspension and don't transfer vibrations or anything. you'll have a tiny bit more road noise transferred into the car, but that's the only drawback to them.
Otherwise, your steering is slightly sharper and the car handles better overall. theyr'e a worthwhile mod.
