The clock went out on my wifes 99 I30 and I bought one cheap off ebay and need to know how does that vent assembly come out. Does it just pull out or is there something in there that I need to loosen or push on to get it to come out without breaking something.

Turn the vents down so you can get a good grip on it and yank that **** out.
