Got a 2002 3.5 intake manifold and elbow with a SSIM mod and slightly ported and paintedblack. There was a few nicks from the saw blade so I filled them with JB weld then sanded them flush I have pic's of the spots but after the sanded it you may not even be able to see it. I then went around the egdes and about a 1inch into the intake and smoothed it out alittle also.
