Need help IACV Higher Rpm then expected

I got this code and its idleing at like 1000rpm.. happened after i did spark plugs so i took of intake mani.. just put on NWP engineering intake spacers. didn't fix problem. Should I just order new IACV?

My car actually threw the code for IACV idle higher then expected

Does 2k2 Infiniti have IACV? What code actually you get?
