What is the company's return policy? That's what you are going to be dealing with. As for the tracking number, I get the same "I'll send it to you" from a lot of places and I'm not talking about just automotive places. But if you think the product is junk, then cut your losses now.

from a review-

This is not an isolated complaint. If you value your time and money at all DO NOT buy anything from the Wheel Connection.

they look really bad, a guy in a review said he contacted BBB and still nothing.

I've read about people calling their credit card company to dispute the charge and that would be how to get my money back. We'll see tomorrow when I call them.

LOL.....if you didn't know the BBB is a private business, you do now.

Plenty of people belive it's a arm of the government, with some actual power.

No.

update:
so i call them back today and give them hell about not giving me the run around and not sending me a tracking number. so he says let me check b/c he has confirmation that it shipped out of one of their warehouses. He says he will call me back but never does. all the sudden UPS is at my door 3 hours later with my wheels. shouldn't they keep up with their orders better? anyways i got my wheels installed and will post up pics later to see what you guys think.

after I got the wheels I calmed down. overall it was fast shipping and good price. so my experience turned out to be good. Just wish they would keep their orders in line, that's all.
