Got my Gen5 Clutch in :)

God it from DaveB awesome guy. Really easy going, And shipped it QUICK!. I got it in like 3days. He legit shipped it like within the 20mins I ordered it. Got it for $235. Hope it was worth the extra $ over OEM exedy, but either way I rather of gotten of DaveB cause I have a feeling that Import guy it would take weeks.

but Man the pressure plate ie heavyy like 16lbs. lol. but disk is like light as hell. I can't even believe I went 199k On a factory clutch. This Gen5 clutch doesn't even look like it has a lot of material. lol

but unfortunately by the time this clutch is done my maxi might be in Car heaven.

So how many miles have you gone on a factory clutch? Oh and yes I raced back in the day. lol

When I did the clutch on my Max in August 2008 it had 291k miles and it did say Nissan on it but dont know if it was the original Nissan one from factory. I have 48,000 on my current OEM Exedy clutch.

160k on stock. Did some work in that area and just decided to replace some things....went with the 2001 clutch.

Mine is at 140k and I don't think it's ever been replaced. Doesn't slip, though, so I don't plan to do it any time soon.

It's good to hear that people are getting 160-200k out of the original.

I switched mine out at 128K and it wasn't terribly bad, just slipped a small bit under 1-2 and 2-3 shifts at redline.

Glad to see you went with the 5th gen clutch, you're going to be happy with it!
