Vq35 sitting for 8 years

I'm looking at buying an 02 vq35 that has been sitting for 8 years. It has 10 k miles on it and from I can tell it looks great on the outside. Should I have any concerns on it, are they anything I should do b4 buying it

Rubber can dry out in that time. All fluids should be replaced. And would definitely get new tires on it if it wasn't up on jacks.

This is just the engine, it's been sitting inside a warehouse at a salvage yard

The fuel injectors and rails need to be checked out to see if any gasoline dried out. Gasoline will turn into a jelly-like goo and then totally dry into a shellac-like coating.
