Tranny fluid and cooler Questions

Ok its like 2am i have been going through hundreds of threads. I am getting a ACT clutch and researching everything, but anyway i am going to use redline MT90 tranny fluid. Now should i have it flushed or is it all drained and cleaned out installing the clutch? I have a 92SE 5 spd, should i get a tranny cooler, sounded like it wasnt needed any of you have them and think they are worth the $60.
thanx for any input

there's no need for a tranny cooler on a 5 spd. besides, there's no flowing fluid to pump anywhere. it just sloshes around inside a 5 spd tranny.
