nice find!!!!! i'm on amazon everyday and never thoughT about looking for an intake on there...all their automotive stuff is expensive...and most of the stuff i needed couldn't wait

only 1 more left...i'd buy it but not into performance ne more

rather do cosmetic stuff to the maxima than performance

I was looking at this deal, but the shroud definitely won't prevent heat from getting into the filter. Think I'm gonna wait for a better made one or a real cold air intake.

just wondering, does installing cold air intake does any damage to the engine because when i asked the warranty people they told me if it causes damage to the engine then it is not covered by the warranty and i have to pay for everything out of pocket to fix the problem.

according to Federal law (Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) they would have to prove in a court of law your mod did the damage http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnuso...s_Warranty_Act

intakes/exhausts dont cause problems generally, only thing ive heard of is some people over-oiling their filter and getting oil on some of the sensors in the engine - which ya you'd have to pay to clean off if that happened
