Electircal problems?
Auto to manual harness?
Grounds?

None of these will cause a loss of power per say.

What is your car actually doing or is your butt dyno out of calibration?

its a manual with a auto harness rewired for manual...it doesnt jerk or anything, it just doesnt pull above 3000rpm...takes forever and a day to pic up speed...someone said my safc or ecu could be looking for my egr since its not plugged in and is causing it to lag but imma put my 99 5speed harness in and see if that helps...im not going to enjoy this to the least

Well, engines are a *****, i've spent the past year trying to get the fuel system on my Javelin workin right only to find that there was a 2 foot long rag in the fuel tank, then the day we fix that the Alternator died. I was workin on an "86 560SL and couldn't get it running strong. One day i Just took the engine apart and put it back together and it felt as if the engine was brand new. So as much as a ***** as it might be you might want to try that.

It was probably in there when we bought it a few years back. Seeing as my gas cap has a lock on it and it's hidden behind the liscense plate, so most girls can't get to it. But, going back to my previous suggestion, you probably don't need to take the whole engine apart but, since you think it's an electrical issuse, i'd go over the engine's wiring first to make sure it's not something like a weak spark plug.
