Making an Exhaust thread, Need help.

hey guys, I just realized how hard it is for someone new to find out about their exhaust options for the 4th gen, so I want to make a thread (hopefully it will become a sticky) to help those new guys out.

This is the pre-thread before the big one, to get all of the discussing and crap out of the way.

I'll even take 5th gen setups which will work on 4th gens.

Even pics of custom setups too (so yes those few side exit and dual exhaust guys, please share your pics if you haven't alraedy).

So far I have pictures of.... Stock exhaust system (need stock cat pics though), OBX 3.5 Headers, Magnaflow High Flow Cat, Cattman 3".

I want pictures of any exhaust system, component by component if at all possible.

An example reply would be like...

OBX 3.5 Headers for the 02-03 Maxima

Cost: $382 Shipped
Store/Site: eBay (dailod)
Purchase Date: 11/2010

Specs:
Main ID: 2.5"
Main OD: ?
(only needed for headers below)
Runner ID: 2.25"
Runner OD: ?
That's all I want for this phase, just facts and YOUR pics (not manufacturer pictures, I can find those on my own, you can add them to your reply, but I don't want a reply with something I can easily google), opinions (fitment, thoughts, performance, sound, etc.) will come later.

No, please do not post sound clips right now.

I just want pictures and details about each component for the exhaust system.

-Where does it list every catback currently availible?
-What about specs about each exhaust system?
-What are my header options?
-Quite a few links are broken
-Also that thread has opinionated information in there, I want to try to stick to facts as closely as possible.

It's still going to be a starting source for my new thread, but that thing is a bit hard to read and just old now.

Word

Like I said earlier, I'll definitely use a good portion of that thread in my new one, but it's going to be different.

And if anyone has a sound clip of a stillen axle back and Y pipe with stock headers and Y pipe. I may go this route if it's not too loud.

I was thinking about having a muffler shop build me a mufflerless "axle back" with stainless tips. Anyone ever have this done? I was thinking it would probably be about $100. I still have a cat so its actually not very loud. I would have it done in the next two weeks probably, so I will keep you guys updated with some sound clips.

It's out there, keep searching, I'd appreciate if you post that type of question in the correct thread, NOT in this one.

No, its not. But the other thread already has quite a bit of info with sound clips. Just figured adding more to it would make it more complete and better then having multiple exhaust threads.

To me, the other thread was probably great when it was first made, but too dilapidated and unorganized now, you'll see what I have in mind one day.

Can people just PM the person who wants sound clips of setups please? I'm trying to just make this solely pictures right now, eventually when I get closer to having a good amount of pictures I will move onto sound.
