I really dont know if these problems have any relation to eachother, but just in case they do I figured I'd post them together

1) Hard Warm Start - My car will be fine through cold starts (down to -20 celcius here) but ocasionally once its all warmed up, and I drive, stop, turn off the car, then turn it back on within the next 5 minutes, It wont start. It will turn over really rough and I will have to try a couple times before it gets going.
wtf?

2) Gear shudder - Lately, I have been noticing that when I come to a full stop at a red light, when my car downshifts to first it will shudder a bit for like 2 seconds or so. Its wierd, never noticed it before till about a week ago, wondering where its coming from.
double wtf? lol

so what do you guys think?

my personal thoughts are fuel injectors or iginition coils (already replaced 3 of them), but the situations seem too specific for these to be the causes.
I always warm up the car at least to the point where the needle gets off the "C" when i start moving.
