does nissan honor TSBs when it's out of warranty range
The dealer should still honor a TSB even if the vehicle is out of the normal warranty. As long as the dealer can prove that the issue wrong is covered by a specific TSB (i.e. the usual front and rear suspension issues), you shouldn't have to pay a dime out of pocket.
I have no way to counter your argument, other than to say I disagree. I don't think TSB's in general are typically covered outside warrantee. Some perhaps, but not a blanket all. And it's not the dealership's responsibility to absorb any costs if the manufacturer won't pay them for the work as though it were warrantee...
Again, I'm just saying in general, all TSB's are not covered outside of warrantee, to include outside powertrain when applicable.

A TSB otherwise known as a Technical Service Bulliten's purpose is to help the techs troubleshoot and fix known issues. They have nothing to do with warranty service.
Ooh, good to know. I'll hunt through the TSB list and make sure they look at every potential item before my warranty expires.
