Purchased from 95turbo gxe and didn't have any problems

Ok recently there have been some threads about this seller stating did not buy from him. People are always quick to express to everyone when something when wrong so I would like to give a shout up when something when well. To startl I did my own research read the threads in this section and some of his old threads. What I noticed is that everyone got there stuff and was happy but a few freaked out when it didn't get there fast enough.

Well I purchase a few expensive items and did not have any problems contacting him, getting pic's or additional info. I recieved a tracking # asap and my items within a few days of paying for them. Also everything was just as he told me.

I don't know every detail about what happened between him and the other buyers but I would do business with him again. But one thing I noticed in general on this forum is some try to lowball and only want to pay 10.00 to ship something that cost 20.00 then expect it overnighted. I mean if a person has something listed for 100bucks and they quote you 20bucks to ship and you offer 75shipped well chances are it's not coming express mail, ups or fedex. If you don't think the shipping is fair just get the weight, box size and zip get your own quote and compare.

Its not that we were quick to jump to conclusions. Overall he's a stand up dude and probably learned from his recent transactions. But I'm sure if you waited 3 weeks and didn't receive your item with no word from the seller...you would wonder what's going on. He was having some issues and its totally understandable but if you at least knew... you would wait it out patiently.

Props to the seller for stepping it up and following through like a good seller should.

I understand what you are saying but when I looked at the dates of some of the transactions and noticed that they were around the sametime a few large storms hit the east coast and everyone knows this would effect shipping times.

But like I said before this was just to let everyone know how my transaction went since I don't know all the details of the others and can't speak on them

Glad to see things worked out well for you. The only reason why I didn't leave a negative feedback was because the parts did eventually show up as promised and as pictured.

I am a very patient buyer, but after not hearing from the seller for nearly two weeks, and nearing the 30-day paypal refund limit, I started to get concerned. Especially considering that it wasn't a small purchase, $400 was on the line.

Only reason why I made the thread was because I thought that maybe if he saw it, MAYBE he would reply to my PM's (sent about 3-4 days apart).

Again, glad to see it worked out for you, it did for me in the end too. I just can't understand why some people are lazy and don't ship stuff within a reasonable amount of time after sending payment. And why communication cannot be made, especially for large purchases.

I've bought and sold things on this and other forums. Please fail to realize that maybe the seller is selling things because he/she is broke. People forget that money sent to paypal must be transfered to accounts so that the item can be shipped. I could go on and on but, I think ill stop here. I am a bias party here.

i understand that as well, as when i know i have to wait, i let the other party know that. i try to keep communication to a peak when im selling and when i send it. after that, its pretty much all she wrote as i described and almost bend over backwards to give the customer what they want before i sell it. granted IF i ever had someone that wasnt pleased id try to work out w/ them to make the problem good on both parties. so im sure everyone understands that it takes time for the money to transfer to the bank account, thats not new news i wouldnt imagine

Im glad it worked out for you, but dont sit there and say that the people who made threads giving him negative feedback did so because we lowballed or yatta yatta yatta. That's some horse **** right there. If you paid him money for something that he AGREED UPON and you never recived the item or your money for over a month, then you might be pissed off so dont tell me that I lowballed his *** or that I wanted to scam him out of shipping money!

The bottom line is if you get paid for something you ship it, unless you have a clear, spelled out agreement with the person buying from you telling you to do otherwise. The excuse that they're broke and need time to transfer money is a load of crap. You use Paypal, then get the Paypal debit card so you can access your money. And communicate any issues to the person that's sending you money. No?

You have a real ****ing problem. You inferred I did just like you're inferring that I'm feeling guilty because you think(in that ****ed up head of yours) that it's my fault that I got scammed and/or that I tried to lowball him shipping money. How the **** is it my fault when we agreed on an exchange of goods(ac compressor for money) and he never sent me the item. You are one dumb mother****er. Anyway **** it, I'm over this bull**** go ahead and say whatever you're going to say as its obvious your have no intelligence at all.

Not all people have a paypal debit card. And to all that is talking **** on this thread I got one question for you? Have I ripped you off or anyone eles on this board so if you did not do business with me don't put up bull **** mind your business or I'm going to start minding yours.
Update**** I think I have one more package out their on the way so that's for being patient its on the way as promised. The other packages were on time as I could use paypal shipping bits its not availed on every transaction so some time you have to come out of the pocket which I don't have much of right now

I'll continue to talk about you, and you should be glad I didn't give you a negative feedback. When a seller disappears, doesn't reply to multiple PMs for weeks and several hundred dollars is on the line, I am going to become worried and angry. This is NOT good business practice and I think that people deserve to know that before buying, which is why I made a thread.

Yes, I got my item in the end, but that is not the point. You put me and many others through stress/agony/fear that we would loose our hard earned money and be stuck fighting a paypal claim and searching for our car parts again. Just because we got our items in the end, doesn't mean that the 3 weeks of waiting and worrying will go away.

If you were the buyer in this case I'm sure you would feel a whole lot different about these situations.
