Hood bouncing?

YTF is my hood bouncing at speeds over 40? It hasn't let loose and flown up, but it appears like it has about 1/4" to 1/2" of travel when I am at hwy speeds? Is this common?

Had a 300z hood fly up on me once, so it seems an oddity????

Your lower radiator support is probably rusted.

Also check the latch and safety nest to it it might not be holding it tight

+1

Mine were stiff and worthless when I got the car. They are supposed to be soft rubber. New ones fixed my hood bouncing right away.

The fender ones do the most help/harm depending on condition.
