Does anyone have issue with Courtesy Nissan?

I was just wondering if anyone had any issue with Courtesy Nissan Parts when buying from them online? Since I ordered a few things from them online and paid for but they never contacted me nor given me a tracking number since it get shipped by UPS and I called and them told me they never got an order I placed. I was fumed since it was already charged to my credit card since they didn't ship not a thing.

Typically you get an order confirmation #. Save that.

I've also ordered a lot of stuff from them in the past from bumper covers to thermostats and have yet to have an issue.

Placed order 4/26, immediately received an email confirmation and receipt.

4/27 received Quantam shipping information with a UPS tracking number.
