Hi ..... that's my question. the MC from the dealer is 100$+ and the SC is 50$+ for a maxima 2002 ... expensive IMO.

Beck/Arnely MC is around ~50$
Many brands of SC is around ~20$ - 25$ top

Would they do the job perfectly like their OEM brothers ?
What would you guys buy ? those with the experience in this issue also would be welcomed to chime in...
thanks

Go with dorman, bendix, or beck arnley . I have had good luck using these three brands.

No I have not tried them on a max yet. I have ran ones from auto zone with great success on my Z's I can't imagine that there is some huge difference .
If you want piece of mind go to the dealer . But keep in mind that just because it's a dealer parts doesn't mean it's better quality . Many parts makers make parts for oem and aftermartket they just pack them in a different box.

I tried multiple master cylinders from advance auto. If i'm not mistaken, they were dorman products. Out of the 3 I tried, they all failed before I backed out of the driveway.
