upholstery cleaning with pics

So, the other day a friend of mine gave me his old bbq grill.. I was exited i figured i could fit it in the trunk.. NOT!! i ended up shoving it in the back seat.. off course, the seat got super dirty..

I went to autozone and got the turtle wax cleaner for carpet and upholstery and tried it out..

this is what it looked like before..

and after..

what a difference ...a good mix of simple green or any other all purpose cleaner will be able to clean that up as well for future reference

I'd go after those remaining marks with Spray N Wash and a scrub brush. I bought an old beater long ago that the previous owner carried greasy engine parts on the back seat. It looked exactly like you'd think-- thick & crusty grease. After Spray N Wash, a brush & a bucket of water and it literally looked like new.
