luke95gxe THIEF

I purchased a set of struts from luke95gxe on June 9, 2011 and he promised to send them out asap. Time goes by and still nothing, so I contacted him via phone and he assured me everything was fine he was just working alot. Ok. understandable. Another 2 weeks go by and still nothing. get ahold of him and he says that his girlfriend sent them to the wrong address and he will be glad to refund my money. I agree and he says he will do it asap and that he is not stealing my money.

Needless to say I still have NOT received a refund for him. The downfall to this is he asked me to send via gift which normally I would not do but he seemed to be a reputable seller and I took a chance.

Luke refuses to return any of my calls or text and has not logged on to the forum in sometime.

ALL I want is my money back man why are you scamming other members!!!

His contact info:

Luke

Sucks but this is why I either swallow the paypal fees or make the buyer take um.

Good luck hopefully you get your money back.

Does this even do any good? Money is already cleared from the paypal account, paypal blocks the account or watches it, seller probably creates new email and new account on paypal....gets away red-handed. I hate paypal.!

Not necessarily. Paypal requires a social security #.

oh really!? Ok, so how does even that prevent them from getting away? I'm not tryna battle with you or anything, but honestly I hate the way paypal is setup. I have been scammed already and I think up to this day Paypal is "watching" the persons account (yes i filed a dispute and all that good stuff). That person is done gone with my money and living it up.

Through paypal and disputing, you basically have access to their name, address, ss, etc. If its a significant amount of $, makes it worth it, and you have the time, take it to small claims. Youll be charged a small filing fee. Once you win the case, payment plans can be arranged by the judge or they can garnish the other persons wages (if they dont show).

PayPal SS FYI....

The reason why payPal requires a Social Security Number on profile is because not only it allows you to have more funds in your account, but also proves you say who you are. Also depends on what country. Paypal also runs a check on your Social Security Number to look at your credit report to ask you a series of questions, (this is only happens if the computer system can't verify your address and name don't match the credit report profile).

I can understand your frustration and by all means do everything in your power to get your money back but posting the guys personal info is not cool.
