transmission seal

how do i find out what kind of transmission my 96 maxima auto i need the seal but to order it it asks if my tranny is a "RE4F02A","RL4F02A", "RS5F31A",or a "RS5F32V" theres like 4 other types as well but im pretty sure there for speeds

Can't a dealer pull it off your VIN for you?

im not ordering it through the dealership im ordering it through autozone and last time i had them pull info for me they tried to charge me like $50

The data plate on the passenger side of the firewall should have that information.

thanks jncoracer and if any one has any input on the changing the tranny seal would be a big help this is the first time i will have done this on a max
