Rear Beam bending Q

Hi,

I want to know more about how this is done.
Obviously driving to a beam bending party is not possible for me ( the Max would be quite wet for 3,000 miles ) LOL.

Anyway does anyone have any diagrams of what it takes to do this?
I figured I would get a spare beam from a scrapyard to try on.

From what ive seen (online, never firsthand), you need a solid beam like the one in the pics, 2 chains and a bottle jack. Measuring tools...

Well it seems buying a spare from the junkyard is the way to go:

There seems to be more to it.
