i am using the 194 5-led wedge like the one in the below link but it is white instead of red. the result does not seem much brighter than stock. some of the pics on this forum are very bright. are those the inverted LED giving a better result?

thanks for the info but it is for 95-97. it uses 194.

Maybe you used super cheap bulbs? Mine are just as bright as they look.

 

go to superbrightleds.com and search wled5 when you get them, pull your bulbs out of your cluster and pull the bulbs out of the base then insert the led into the base and plug it back up, if it doesnt come on pull the base and turn the led around and then put back in and enjoy. and fyi the extra money it costs for priority shipping is well worth it. i have a 97 and i use those exact bulbs
