That's different than asking if it was tested, which was clearly stated that it has been tested.

 

when i stated "tested?" i was not questioning him, it was like a "oh youve tested it huh" type of thing.....

 

it was cleaned, plugged into the car, and driven, both are in working condition and tested to not throw a code or run poorly.
