we can help you out, but you have to be more descriptive. is the noise when you brake, whet you turn the wheel, when you're driving around, what speed, etc.?

that happened to me too once, I talked to the dealership and they said I still have 50% of the pads left. They told me that it was probably a pebble that got stuck in between the caliper and made the screech. This happened when I made a hard left turn and the screech lasted about 10 seconds or so.

does the noise become more frequent (faster) the faster you go? if so it is either a bent wheel or a flat spot. maybe some debris in the tire.

check the rim visually. also consider an inspection by a mechanic
