If you put your headlight stick between highbeams and low beams they will stay on too. Mine sits there fine without moving once it is setup like that. Might be just as easy as the mod.

I am sure that can't be good (electrical)...wouldn't you be in between a connection? Anyway, try maximadriver.com for the mod...I thinks its there.

Doesnt seem like it would be all that horrible. I mean mainly your just touching two contacts at the same time.

how it works

masically.. the relay for the fog light uses the closed circuit of the normal beam ground to ground itself and then activate the foglight

you have to find a way to bypass this.

for the relay solenoid, find a way to ground it to the body of the car.. or to another device ( like the wiper relay )

the effect of wiring it to the wiper relay would allow you to have the foglights on independant of all devices AND they will turn off automatically with the car.

the effect of bypassing it to the parking lights is that you can have the fog lights on independent of all devices.. except the parking lights ( notice park lights are on even while high beams are on )

i grounded the solenoid directly to the body of the car.. the flaw in this is that when you rewire that way .. the buzzer won't tell me i left my fogs on.. i've gotten in trouble for this many times
