NEED HELP: Installing Intelliglow Needles / Guage Rings

I'm installing polished aluminum guage rings as well as red intelliglow needles in my car tomorrow and I'm not really sure how to do either. The directions aren't very specific with the needle kit and the rings didn't come with instructions. If anyone could point to me some directions or lay it all out for me here (for either or both), I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

Yeah, definitely going to be very careful. With regards to the white needles, I've got an SE, so that's no happening. The needles are clear with orange-red on the top. My thinking is that since the needles are red on top and the glow will be red, the reflectiveness will be almost as good as with the white since the red needles reflect red light.
