I can't decide between an '09 or a '10

Been looking for a 7th gen and have it narrowed down to either a '09 SV or a '10 SV. Both have the premium package and Nav, with the color interior I want, but the 09 has 35,xxx miles and the '10 has 26,xxx.

I like the color of the '09 better, but I'm thinking the '10 might be a better deal. wondering what the factory warranty is on the two cars?? Is it bumper-to-bumper for 36 mos. 36,000 and a longer warranty on the powertrain or something else?

One is at a Lexus dealer and the other at a big conglomerate dealer, that doesn't include Nissan.

factory warranty 3 years 36 bumper to bumper, 5 years 60k power train, CVT on 09 & 10, 10 year 120k, unsure if the CVT coverage is on the 11 & 12

Go with what you want, enjoy driving it

You didn't mention the carfax reports-are they the same as far as damage or lack of and warranty claims? What about the overall condition? There is a lot to consider other than miles/color. Who you buy from does make a difference. One is a dealer and the other is someone like carmax?
With all things being equal, I would personally go with the 2010 since its one model further into the redesign.
This is just an assumption but they are probably both lease returns-check Carfax to make sure the original owner(s) did the oil changes. Some people in leases will not service the car knowing they are returning it in a few years....

this. basically, at the very least it's a model year newer equalling higher resale.
